Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (an individual user) and STARLIGHT CASINO QUICK ACCESS LTD for the Starlight Casino Quick Access software application ("the App").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

Important: By using Starlight Casino Quick Access, you confirm you are at least 19 years of age and have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy.

License Grant

STARLIGHT CASINO QUICK ACCESS LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:

  1. Use the App — install and use the App on Apple iOS devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  2. Access Content — view casino information, promotions, dining details, and loyalty programme information made available through the App.

License Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices within the App.
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without written authorisation.
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the App or its content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or any associated servers or networks.
  • Use the App in any unlawful manner or in violation of these terms.
  • Allow any person under 19 years of age to use the App.

Intellectual Property

The App is licensed, not sold. STARLIGHT CASINO QUICK ACCESS LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of STARLIGHT CASINO QUICK ACCESS LTD or Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited.

Third-Party Content

The App displays content sourced from Starlight Casino / Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited (including promotions, events, dining information, and gaming details). This content is the intellectual property of its respective owners. STARLIGHT CASINO QUICK ACCESS LTD does not claim ownership of this content and is not responsible for its accuracy or completeness.

Age Restriction and Responsible Gambling

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STARLIGHT CASINO QUICK ACCESS LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that casino content will be accurate or up to date at all times.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STARLIGHT CASINO QUICK ACCESS LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON APP CONTENT.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

Updates and Modifications

STARLIGHT CASINO QUICK ACCESS LTD may provide updates or modifications to the App. Some updates may be delivered automatically through the App Store. We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal Canadian law. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
